Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Continue Arcades, we aim to provide an exciting and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before making a booking or visiting our arcade.

1. General Entry & Refunds

All entry fees are non-refundable once a guest has entered the arcade.

Our arcade operates on an unlimited play model, and while we strive to keep all machines in working order, occasional malfunctions may occur. As entry is not charged per machine, refunds will not be issued due to individual machine failures.

Unlimited popcorn and canned drinks are non-refundable.

2. Party & Pre-Booking Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexibility for pre-booked visits:

General bookings: Can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund.

Party bookings: Require at least 96 hours (4 days) notice for cancellation and a full refund.

If you cannot attend your booking but still wish to visit, we allow rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice.

3. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Refund requests must be sent via email to info@continuearcades.com.

Customers should expect a response within 24 hours of their request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Unexpected Closures
In the rare event that Continue Arcades Ltd. must close unexpectedly (e.g., power outage, maintenance issues), we will offer affected guests the choice of rescheduling their visit or receiving a full refund.

Use and Fairness
1. General Information
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Continue Arcades, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a fun, fair, and safe experience for all visitors.
2. Entry & Admission

Admission grants unlimited play on available arcade machines during your visit.

Entry is non-transferable and cannot be shared.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate these terms or disrupt the experience of other guests.

Guests must follow all staff instructions regarding safety, conduct, and machine usage.
3. Machine Availability & Performance

Arcade machines are subject to wear and tear, and while we strive to keep all games operational, some may experience temporary issues.

Guests pay for entry, not per machine, and therefore no refunds or compensation will be provided for out-of-service machines.
4. Food & Drink
-
Guests can enjoy unlimited popcorn and canned drinks provided by Continue Arcades as part of their visit.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless pre-approved for special occasions (e.g., birthday parties).

Any intentional waste or misuse of food and drink privileges may result in removal from the arcade.
5. Party & Booking Policies

Party bookings can be cancelled with a full refund if at least 96 hours’ notice is provided.

General bookings can be cancelled with a full refund at least 48 hours in advance.
-
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
-
No refunds are issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
6. Code of Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward others and staff.
-
Any aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the arcade without a refund.

Vandalism or intentional damage to machines may result in financial liability and a ban from future visits.
-
We expect all guests to be friendly towards others in the arcade and avoid lengthy play time on any one machine.

Children 11 or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-
After 7pm anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
-
3 year olds and younger are free, one per paying adult.
7. Liability & Safety

Guests enter and use facilities at their own risk.

Continue Arcades Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen items—please keep personal belongings secure.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children under their care.
-
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of the facilities.
8. Unexpected Closures & Business Rights

If the arcade must close unexpectedly (e.g., power outage, maintenance), affected guests will be offered a rescheduled visit or full refund.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
